Kansas City Kansas Community College is looking for adjunct instructors to teach Costume Construction beginning August 2017. We are seeking instructors who are creative, open to change, have a passion for learning and are willing to promote the mission of the College. Classes will take place Fridays from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at the main KCKCC campus throughout the Fall 2017 semester.

REQUIREMENTS:

A master's degree in Theatre Technology or Theatrical Design is required. An MFA in Costume Design and Technology, and teaching experience with the diverse population of an open enrollment, urban community college is preferred. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision such as the ability to read handwritten or typed material, and the ability to adjust focus. The position requires the individual to meet multiple demands from several people and interact with the public and other staff.

FLSA: Exempt

SALARY: $742.00 per credit hour
