JOB PURPOSE:

The Client Accounts Specialist is responsible for processing and coordinating business account services, scheduling trainings and events, monitoring concerns, and communicating with customers.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Serve as the liaison between the customer and all KCKCC departments
  • Ensure consistent and proactive communications (e.g. telephone, email, SMS) are maintained to provide quality and timely service to customer accounts
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Resolve escalated or difficult issues regarding customer complaints and other matters
  • Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product. Provide solutions to enhance quality of service to retain and build client base
  • Run monthly and ad-hoc reports related to sales, forecasting, projections, etc
  • Conduct logistical processing of customer orders, including coordination with various customer account departments (e.g. as sales, production, Human Resources)
  • Develop strategies to improve customer service, support sales to help increase profitability
  • Conduct meetings as needed with internal and external stakeholders related to customer accounts
  • Communicate compliance and technical issues, optimization feedback, and other critical information to the Director
  • Maintain current Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database analytics system for customer accounts
  • Coordinate with departmental team to source and onboard new clients
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND/OR EDUCATION:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Two (2) or more years of customer account management experience
  • One (1) year of experience with Microsoft Office Products, i.e. Excel and Word
  • One (1) year of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience
  • Experience with consultative sales

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND/OR EDUCATION:

  • Associate’s Degree
  • One (1) year of relevant sales or marketing experience
  • Experience with BigContacts CRM

 

SALARY RANGE: $32.600- $40,800 annually


WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday 11:30 A.M. – 8:00 P.M. and Wednesday & Friday 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. must be able to work a variable schedule/hours to meet operational needs. May require weekend hours.
