QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.      1.   Develop and present didactic concepts.
     2.   Write test questions for didactic content presented.
     3.   Supervise students in clinical rotations.
     4.   Conduct clinical evaluations of students.
     5.   Maintain and update own nursing clinical competencies.
     6.   Contribute to curriculum development and meeting accreditation and regulatory standards.
 
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
 

1. Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) required.  Master of Science degree in Nursing required.
2. Must be licensed in Kansas or Missouri and eligible for licensure in Kansas/Missouri.
3. A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
4. One year of teaching experience preferred; must be willing to maintain clinical competence.

 
SALARY:                   Commensurate with education and experience per the Master 
                                   Contract.
 
START DATE:          Fall Semester, 2015
