PT LAB ASSISTANT – EMT/PARAMEDIC

At times, Kansas City Kansas Community College is in search of  PT Lab Assistants for EMT/Paramedic.  As we receive Application, we will forward them to the EMS Department and they will contact applicants as positions become available.

Requires for this position are:
 

• A current Kansas license as EMT, Advanced EMT, or Paramedic is required
• CPR Instructor preferred.  Experience in teaching is also preferred. 

 
Individuals will assist with practical skills practice and testing sessions and must have excellent communication skills. 
 
Assistants will be required to attend training sessions throughout the year and will be required to work a minimum of 8 hours monthly to remain in good standing.  Employment is on a semester-to-semester basis.
 
SALARY:                                          EMT - $10.68/per hour
                                                          Paramedic - $12.64/per hour
